Since 1982, HACE has impacted the American workplace by cultivating the pipeline of Latino talent and providing Latino professionals the insight, access, and support to be successful in their careers. LEGACY:The Women of HACE not only showcases the full scope of the Mujeres de HACE: Women's Leadership Program but also highlights the stories of 40 alumnae since the program started in 2008.
In Unbeatable Latinas, Valeria Aloe takes us on a transformative journey. She begins by examining how ancestral cultural messages —such as «be humble,» «just work hard,» «be grateful for what you already have,» and «don’t create conflict»— have historically hindered our professional advancement, leaving many of us feeling undervalued, underpaid, or unsupported in our growth.
Calladita No More is a powerful collection of stories about the lived experiences of a Latina who dared to dream big-only to find that the world wasn't built for her ambitions.
